{"id":1859,"date":"2024-09-23T06:31:05","date_gmt":"2024-09-23T06:31:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/awtaproducttesting.swim.net.au\/news\/expanded-thermal-testing-capabilities-the-new-fox-600-has-arrived\/"},"modified":"2024-09-23T06:31:05","modified_gmt":"2024-09-23T06:31:05","slug":"expanded-thermal-testing-capabilities-the-new-fox-600-has-arrived","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/awtaproducttesting.com.au\/fr\/news\/expanded-thermal-testing-capabilities-the-new-fox-600-has-arrived\/","title":{"rendered":"Des capacit\u00e9s d'essais thermiques \u00e9tendues - le nouveau FOX 600 est arriv\u00e9 !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AWTA Product Testing a le plaisir d'annoncer qu'en plus de ses capacit\u00e9s actuelles d'essais de r\u00e9sistance thermique Fox 300, elle peut d\u00e9sormais proposer des essais sur des produits d'une \u00e9paisseur allant jusqu'\u00e0 200 mm sur l'appareil d'essai FOX 600.<\/p>\n<p>Le code de la construction actuel (NCC 2022) sp\u00e9cifie des valeurs d'isolation d\u00e9clar\u00e9es (R<sub>50\/90<\/sub>) \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la <strong>AS\/NZS 4859.1:2018 \u201c<em>Mat\u00e9riaux pour l'isolation thermique des b\u00e2timents<\/em>\u201d<\/strong>. Pour les produits fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s, fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s in situ, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants et les matelas compressibles \u00e0 faible densit\u00e9, cette sp\u00e9cification fait appel \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode d'essai ASTM C518:2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AS\/NZS 4859.1-2018<\/strong> exige que la r\u00e9sistance thermique et la conductivit\u00e9 thermique soient mesur\u00e9es \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature moyenne standard de 23\u00b0C pour les produits vendus en Australie (et de 15\u00b0C pour les produits vendus en Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande).  Les produits d'isolation compos\u00e9s de PUR, PIR, PF et XPS doivent subir un processus de vieillissement avant que la d\u00e9claration des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thermiques ne soit effectu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/images\/Fox_600_a.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"716\" height=\"438\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>AWTA Product Testing propose des essais accr\u00e9dit\u00e9s de transmission thermique de l'isolation, jusqu'\u00e0 une \u00e9paisseur de 200 mm, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme AS\/NZS 4859.1:2018.<\/p>\n<p>Des processus de vieillissement conformes aux proc\u00e9dures EN pertinentes sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vus afin de d\u00e9terminer la r\u00e9sistance thermique d\u00e9clar\u00e9e (R<sub>50\/90<\/sub>) et la conductivit\u00e9 thermique d\u00e9clar\u00e9e (\u03bb<sub>50\/90<\/sub>) sur une large gamme de mat\u00e9riaux isolants et conducteurs.
