En raison des changements critiques n\u00e9cessaires pour traiter, par exemple, les syst\u00e8mes de bardage et de murs ext\u00e9rieurs, un amendement au code a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 en mars 2018. Le code comprend d\u00e9sormais&nbsp;<strong><em>AS 5113 - 2016, Essais de propagation du feu et classification des murs ext\u00e9rieurs des b\u00e2timents<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Cette norme, bien qu'accept\u00e9e par le code amend\u00e9 dans sa forme actuelle, est toujours en cours de r\u00e9vision et, ce qui est important pour notre int\u00e9r\u00eat, pr\u00e9cise que les rideaux textiles ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme faisant partie d'une fa\u00e7ade ou d'un syst\u00e8me de mur ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>La CCN propose d\u00e9sormais deux options pour d\u00e9montrer la conformit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">R\u00e9put\u00e9 satisfaisant :<\/span><\/span><br \/> <\/strong>Il s'agit de l'approche la plus simple et probablement de la voie \u00e0 suivre pour une application textile, \u00e0 l'exception de certains mat\u00e9riaux de sarking et d'isolation qui peuvent devoir faire partie d'une solution de performance.<\/p>\n<p>Le code \u00e9nonce des exigences de performance afin de d\u00e9terminer si un produit est r\u00e9put\u00e9 satisfaire aux dispositions. Un exemple est l'utilisation de la section C1.10 qui traite de la plupart des textiles d'int\u00e9rieur et prescrit des m\u00e9thodes d'essai et des exigences de performance en fonction de l'utilisation finale. En satisfaisant \u00e0 ces exigences, un produit est \u201cr\u00e9put\u00e9 conforme\u201d aux dispositions du code.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Solutions de performance, anciennement appel\u00e9es solutions alternatives :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour les projets ou les installations plus complexes, il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire d'\u00e9laborer une solution de performance afin de d\u00e9montrer que les exigences de performance sont respect\u00e9es. Il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire d'impliquer plusieurs parties prenantes telles que des experts en b\u00e2timent et des ing\u00e9nieurs. Le code encourage l'interaction avec l'autorit\u00e9 d'homologation concern\u00e9e pour s'assurer que la solution finale r\u00e9pond aux besoins de documentation et d'approbation finale. Les autorit\u00e9s d'homologation doivent \u00eatre consult\u00e9es sans faire partie de la solution afin de rester neutres dans leurs \u00e9valuations.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/images\/Building_on_fire.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"509\" height=\"403\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>Comprendre le feu et les textiles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les exigences en mati\u00e8re de comportement au feu des textiles d'int\u00e9rieur sont d\u00e9crites dans la section C1.10 du NCC, des normes australiennes et du code des structures temporaires. Nous trouvons ici des solutions r\u00e9put\u00e9es satisfaisantes pour les tissus d'ameublement, les rev\u00eatements muraux, l'ameublement des fen\u00eatres, les rev\u00eatements de sol et bien d'autres choses encore.<\/p>\n<p>Dans sa pr\u00e9sentation sur les incendies intitul\u00e9e \u201cWhat Practitioners Need to Know\u201d (Ce que les praticiens doivent savoir), l'Australian Building Codes Board nous rappelle le triangle du feu, c'est-\u00e0-dire les trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui, ensemble, rendent un incendie possible. Il s'agit de l'oxyg\u00e8ne, de la chaleur et du combustible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><em>\u201cLe feu est le produit d'une r\u00e9action chimique entre l'oxyg\u00e8ne de l'air et les gaz lib\u00e9r\u00e9s par le combustible.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Chaque incendie passe par une phase de croissance, puis atteint l'embrasement et devient pleinement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. Il entre ensuite en phase de d\u00e9croissance, au cours de laquelle un ou plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments du triangle sont r\u00e9duits, par exemple l'\u00e9puisement du combustible.
